This is the second time we’ve had cod or Udon noodles as part of our meal, and I’m turning into a fan of both. The seared cod and udon noodles was a fairly simple dish and in the end you could taste that fact. The dinner wash fresh and light but not overwhelmingly flavorful like a some of the others we’ve tasted.
However, the cod, specifically was very fresh and had a great consistency. I ended up eating both filets, but in the end this dish only won over 50% of the judges.
