Overall the dish was pretty simple and in the end I wished I’d doubled the amount of garlic in the spinach. The cod had a nice texture, but wasn’t terribly flavorful by itself. Still, I ate every bite. Pretty good for the price. Here’s our review on the Cod en Papillote dish overall and some pictures of the final product.
If you’re interested in trying Blue Apron, you definitely should! At first I wasn’t keen on the idea of having pre-determined menus (you still get to choose the three for your box), but I’ve been so impressed with the dishes and appreciate the convenience so much I may just be a customer for life.
